One of the assignments on the FYJ course is to work on a painting over the whole 12 weeks of the course. It is called a journal painting and you create whatever you want and just keep adding to it. The point to make and then let go and make something else or again but in a different way. This was hard as I Iiked what I made in September by accident and I wanted to keep it. But slowly I am adding to it and seeing that I can let go of what I thought was good and make something else that I also like. I am building trust in my ideas and skills.
